Why can't a customer delete an appointment they scheduled online?
We have found that a customer will then use the scheduler as a reservation system. Last minute cancellations increase. They seem to be less committed to the appointment they scheduled.
How much time is needed to update my schedule?
Just minutes. Just plug in the dates and times that you have available appointments. You can use the "repeat" function if you have standing available appointments each week.
How long does it take to retrieve customer information?
Literally seconds. You receive notification with the date and time of the booked appointment. Click on the link in the notification, sign into your account and then retrieve the customer information. You can immediately delete customer information once it has been retrieved.
